"A Satisfied Service Customer"
I am writing to thank you for the superb service and hospitality provided to me during a recent visit to your service department.
As a background, my wife and I were driving home to Washington D.C. from visiting family in Florida panhandle on Saturday, March 21, 2009 when we experienced a transmission temperature problem with our Toyota Celica. Rather than take the chance of destroying a transmission, I elected to give your service department a call and see if we could get the vehicle diagnosised and possibly repaired. I called and at random, Mr. Allen Huska fielded my call at which time I explained the problem and that we were traveling home. Allen stated that the service department was busy, but that he would try and squeeze my vehicle in and get it looked at hopes of determining of the problem.
Within one hour, I was at your dealership at which time I located and spoke to Allen. He and I discussed the problem and the vehicle was immediately looked over by his team of technicians. After a quick diagnosis, the problem was determined and Allen provided me with a recommendation for repair. After agreeing to the repairs, the technicians immediately went to work on my vehicle. The repairs were completed and I was back on the road with a total time of two hours from the time walked in the door until I was driving away. This was truly an absolutely incredible feat considering the complexity of my vehicle's problem and how busy your service department was the time.
Overall, Allen and I determined that the problem was caused by faulty maintenance coonducted by a generic automotive service provider and not because of Toyota equipment failure.
In closing, I wish you continued success and once again I would like to thank you and and your team of dedicated service professionals and especially Allen and his team for great service experience.

"Another Happy '09 Camry Customer"
My recent car purchase of a 2009 Toyota Camry LE, from Toyota of Union City---this is the fourth car purchase that I have made in my lifetime. The fourth and the very best! Why? I did not feel pressured nor was there all the back and forth between the sales person, the manager, etc. that's usually a part of a car buying experience. On a Thursday I went on the internet to solicit prices for the car and received a response from Gabrielle Whaley, as well as others. I got back in touch with her on Friday, received a very good price quote, went for a test drive on Saturday, and finanlized the deal. I will recommend any of my friends, family, co-workers, etc. interested in purchasing a Toyota to contact Gabby at Toyota of Union City. The experience we had with you was great. You explained all of the features of the Camry and gave us a test drive to see if it fit all ouf our needs. You answered all of Meg's questions and showed her the Prius as well as explaining the features of this car.

"An Experience that Exceeded Expectations"
Mrs. Baker and I thank Toyota of Union City for a pleasant experience in purchasing a new vehicle, without the usual high pressure salesmanship which seems so prevalent these days. Hopefully this vehicle will serve us as well as our Buick performed 10 years. This is my first experience with Toyota. Hopefully it will be a good one.
